Your
content is first-rate...
but your presentation is sorely lacking.
As the
media continues to be blinkered and hoodwinked (by the way: I don't think
Harper was hoodwinked on softwood lumber. I think he was quisling and
wanted the boost in the polls), voices of reason like yours are desperately,
desperately needed.
So,
please, please improve the look of your blog. Daily Kos is, I suppose, a
good example. As is 'Effect Measure'.
The prime reason, though, is that pretty much all
well-funded (and not completely moronic) right-wing think tanks and pundits
have pages that keep the media's attention. And this is a media battle,
it seems.
All the
best,
Leo

Thanks Leo,
You are right that I place most of the emphasis for my articles on
content rather than form.
However, other web sites pick up some of the articles to post them on
their site. One of them is Signs of the Times:
Another reason to keep things
simple is to avoid all that spam that floats around and the time it takes to
regulate it.
Regarding Harper and the April 27 softwood deal, you are probably right
that short term political gain was his paramount goal. Nevertheless, Bush and
Harper have de facto
rendered the FTA/NAFTA agreement obsolete. What will be the long term
consequences? I don't know.
