In this episode, Pierre speaks with former Parti Qubcois minister, Rodrigue Tremblay. Trained as an economist, Mr. Tremblay was elected as the Parti Qubcois MNA for the riding of Gouin in 1976. That same year, premier Ren Lvesque appointed him minister for industry and commerce. M. Tremblay has published 27 books, most of them dealing with finance and economics while others focus on moral and political issues.




Ambassador Brian Northgrave interviewed Rodrigue Tremblay before the US elections in November 2008. Dr. Tremblay offers his assessment of the US political process, the role of blogs in informing the public, and a comparison of US and Canadian political systems.
